The Engagement Lifecycle

Five sequential phases — each with a fixed deliverable and a binary exit criterion.

Every Velocity Framework engagement moves through the same five gates. No phase begins until the previous one is signed off, and the exit criterion is always written down before the work starts.

    Discover

    Map the problem space, the users, and the constraints with the people who own them.

    Architect

    Sprint

    Operate
